If you have not started your studies (not received any study credits), you are entitled to a full refund of 100% of the tuition fee that you have already paid. *

In case you cancel because of any other reason than residence permit issues, a 250 EUR cancellation fee is deducted.

If start and receive study credits and then quit your studies, you will lose the tuition fee for the ongoing semester (50% of the total payment). The remaining 50% of the total payment (= tuition fee for the next semester) will be refunded.

Refunds can only be paid to the original payer. If someone else has made the payment on the student’s behalf, the possible refund will be paid to the same party.

NOTE! You need to ask for a refund by the end of September! (or by the end of January for the Spring semester fee)
